Pump Maintenance

Simple vacuum pump maintenance is essential to prolonging the life of your pump. Eliminating down time prevents profit loss, confusion and time wasted.

Follow these simple steps to eliminate down time:

1. Have a Rebuild/Overhaul Kit on hand at all times!
Jallo offers rebuild over haul kits for ALL it's JVP vacuum pumps and many other vacuum pumps. Within these kits, you will have all the essential replacement parts to repair your pump at your facility.

2. Have a back-up pump on hand.
By having a back-up pump handy you can drop it right in when your existing pump goes bad. Just hook up a Pump Only Unit to the motor and manifold and you are ready to go!
